The first step in our water damage remediation process is Emergency Contact. During this initial phase, information about the loss, such as approximate square footage affected, cause of the water damage, and type of flooring will be collected, to ensure that we arrive with the appropriate equipment, labor, and resources to get to work quickly.
Once on site, our team will begin inspecting and assessing the damages. This initial inspection, or scoping, allows us to formulate the most efficient “plan of attack” to help restore your property.
After completing the initial inspection, SERVPRO of North Pensacola will, if necessary, begin the process of extracting any standing water. Removing excess water quickly limits the amount of secondary damage potential, while reducing the amount of water available to soak into surrounding drywall and flooring.
Following the extraction process, SERVPRO of North Pensacola will place drying and dehumidification equipment, in accordance with IICRC training and standards.
