New floors in Cottage Hill home.

A Cottage Hill home discovered an ongoing water damage from a leak in a drain line when they noticed that their hardwood floors were beginning to buckle and warp from the water and moisture. 

Our office received a call from the homeowner and we were able to respond within a few hours. Crews were able to assess what materials were wet using penetrating and non-penetrating meters to detect moisture. Our crews removed the flooring and underlayment then set up drying equipment. 

Air movers and dehumidifiers were used to remove moisture and dry the materials before new hardwoods were installed.  SERVPRO of North Pensacola is prepared to help you when disaster strikes.
