Duplex near miss with a bad appliance

A property manager who has worked with SERVPRO of North Pensacola in the past recently called because a duplex that they manage had a small fire occur. The furnace in the utility room malfunctioned and caught fire causing smoke and soot to go throughout the home. 

Our crews were able to work with the renters to pack out and clean their contents. Our crews also worked to clean and repair the structure with the property management company. Once repairs were complete our crews did a post construction clean and packed back the contents for the renter. We were able to help make it "Like it never even happened."
