Don't Allow a Leaky Roof to Ruin your Summer in Cottage Hill

When storms were brewing overhead, they were also causing problems in this Cottage Hill home. The customer noticed a build up of moisture collecting on the ceiling and soon after there was a waterfall pouring into the bedroom.

We were able to find the source of the leak and repair the roof and then proceeded to remove all the wet drywall from the ceiling. After raising up the beds, we were able to get airflow circulating and used our dehumidifiers to eliminate any chance of the water pooling in the walls.

Once the water was extracted and the job was complete, the customer was overjoyed and let us know how much she appreciated us for coming out on short notice.
